Company Background
Rockwood Construction was founded in 2017 as the partner and successor of Advent Companies. Our leadership team includes former Advent executives who bring decades of multifamily construction experience across California and Nevada markets.
Successful multifamily contracting demands a highly experienced team, intense attention to details, schedules, financial planning, and strong project management. We are committed to safely developing residential buildings, exceeding expectations, and delivering desired project outcomes.
Services
We provide pre-construction services, general contracting, and consulting for multifamily projects. This includes apartment building rehabs, new construction apartments, repositioned historical buildings, new construction high-rise condominiums, and housing complexes.
Our experience covers Type V, Type III slab on grade, concrete podium, wrap style parking garage, and wood podium construction methods. We handle projects ranging from 2-story garden-style developments to 6-story Type 3 wrap buildings.
