Jason Donohue
VP Pre-Construction & Estimating
B.S. in Biochemistry from BYU, MBA with Finance emphasis from Pepperdine. LEED Green Associate and Certified Commercial Building Inspector. VP of Rockwood Construction since 2017. Experience on 3,500+ units. Expertise in budget management, schedule building, and contract negotiation.
Brian Bruschke
VP Construction, Northern California
B.S. in Construction Management with Minor in Business from BYU. 17+ years of multifamily construction experience. Specializes in complex and technically challenging projects. Experience from 2-story slab on grade to 4-story podium projects over subterranean parking.
Jason Rippon
VP Construction, Southern California
B.S. in Construction Management with Minor in Business from BYU (2002). Career background with Okland Construction and Suffolk Construction. Owner/Builder experience with Lennar Multi-Family Communities managing 1,600 apartment units. Experience with Type III and Type I high-rise apartment buildings.
Jon Trzepkowski
General Superintendent
Joined Advent Companies in 2006. Oversees day-to-day field operations. Ensures safe, well-organized job sites with efficient subcontractor sequencing. Expertise in material lead times, constructability, quality standards. OSHA and SWPPP certified.
Brett Campbell
Sr. Project Manager
B.S. in Construction Management from BYU-Idaho. Manages all project phases from design development to completion. Oversees other project managers on multiple construction projects. OSHA certified. Managed 1,200 units since joining Advent Companies in 2012.
